Martina Doyle is General Counsel, Public Company & Corporate Secretary. She leads Aecon’s Corporate Legal group, with her practice focusing on corporate governance, securities regulatory matters, mergers & acquisitions, compliance and general corporate law. Ms. Doyle also sits on Aecon’s Canadian and U.S. Pension Committees and the Artificial Intelligence Governance Council. Martina obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2009 and her Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Immunology from Trinity College at the University of Toronto.
Prior to joining Aecon in 2012, Martina was a research associate in the Division of Immunology and Allergy of the SickKids Research Institute in Toronto and she practiced law in the capital markets group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. She has authored articles in The Journal of Molecular Immunology and the Canadian Bar Review.
Ms. Doyle sits on the Board of Directors of Jump Math Canada, where she also serves as a member of the Governance Committee and as Secretary.
