Court approves Aecon plan of arrangement

Aecon Group Inc. today announced that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) has issued a final order approving the previously announced Plan of Arrangement pursuant to which CCCC International Holding Limited (CCCI), will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Aecon (the “Arrangement”).

Aecon’s Board of Directors approved an increase in the annual dividend to 46 cents per share from 40 cents per share.
